1. Titles of Books, Journals, Newspapers, Stories, Poems, Artworks, Musical Compositions, Plays, Films, TV Programs, and so on: Do not capitalize prepositions of any length UNLESS they are

    a. stressed, e.g., All Through the Night
    b. used as adverbs, e.g., Shining Through
    c. used as adjectives, e.g., Up the Down Staircase
    d. used as conjunctions, e.g., Try Before You Die
    e. part of a Latin expression used as an adverb or adjective), 
       e.g., The A Priori Division
